Beef Chilli and Ginger Lettuce Wraps

These make a super easy snack OR the perfect side dish.
I love wraps/burritos or anything resembling anything similar, but they fill me up much quicker than these lettuce wraps, especially in hot weather. These lettuce wraps are way so light, fresh, and easy to make and pair perfectly with spicy beef.
Adding noodles to the beef lettuce wraps is a great idea if you want to turn this into a meal, with a little hoisin sauce to dip. Perfect 👌🏼
