Beef Chilli and Ginger Lettuce Wraps

These make a super easy snack OR another perfect side for a barbecue (can you tell summer is in full swing here in the UK!)
I love any wrap/burrito or anything resembling something, but they fill me up much quicker than these lettuce wraps, especially in hot weather. These lettuce wraps are way lighter, fresher, and easy to make whether you want a snack or a side!
Adding noodles to the beef lettuce wraps is a great idea if you want to turn this into a meal, with a little hoisin sauce to dip. Perfect 👌🏼
